Possible loot bug in Shores of Tuern epic skirmish

I realise this will seem like a whinge and it is in a way but I have run that skirmish like 40 or 50 times now and each time all I get is the same loot including a draconic enchant rank 5 as the main item from the additional chest (the one that requires a key). I am wondering whether I am just incredibly unlucky or whether there is a reoccurrence of the issue that occurred in some T2 dungeons where after people looted the chest first time they got the same items each time they run the instance from then on. Is anybody else having this problem?
