How do I ask if the 5 rendom letter named rogues are bots in pvp?

Playing pvp matches I keep encountering different pairs of rogues , usually two on each team.
They run to middle and attack if one comes to close, otherwise they just stand their and die. Kind of like agro mobs in pve.
If both sides have them then it ends up a 3 v 3 match, and I have heard rumors of the other guys just uncapping the bases and farming double kills off each others rogues.
I have tried to report this in game, and every time I get a catastrophic fail / crash and have to completely restart the game.
I hit level 60 today so won't be in the 50 59 bracket.
What do they gain by doing this? (A level 60 toon eventually ? )
Is it maybe gold spammers for some reason.
I don't really know, but I would like to know If and How I should report it, and also has anyone else experienced similar crash?
Sorry I don't know how to do this, so I'm asking for a straight answer, not a bunch of clever replies. Although If you have something cute to say, go ahead. It is fun reading such.
Anyway, since I can't figure out what to do and I can post here I'm hoping someone (mods?) or other players will chip in and help me understand what is up with this.
It isn't really ruining pvp, but it is making it kind of like mixed pve / pvp.
Or maybe there are just some players who only know to do the same thing over and over and over.
