I think they should be made Bound to Account. Keeping them off the AH makes getting one an accomplishment, but at the same time, their rarity means that making them Bind on Pickup is a real kick in the pants when you manage to get one that would've been great...on one of your alts.
I voted yes because what kept me interested was selling BoE gear. Without that I would have lost interest well before. Idc tbh though, the dread set is pants.
Getting your rare gear finally is all well, until you realise
A) The set is rubbish anyway You're done for several months, gg nothing more to do.

Yeah, it would make it more convenient if it was made at least BtA. Not sure, why many items are BoE, maybe some one can shed some light on that?
The only reason most people even want these is because they look cool, that's about the extent of their desirability... Nothin gonna change here, move on.
What ever be the purpose or reason of desirability of the items, it would be nice to have them BtA/BoE as it just get's too frustrating and disappointing to not be able to find one of your class.

Every other day someone makes a thread saying "this item should be BOE" or "this artifact should be BOA", wanna know what they all have in common? No, not that, it's that they're all ignored by the devs and not once has anything like this influenced any such decision.
Like I said, nothin is gonna change here, just accept it and move on, the dread legion stuff is more like a "I got lucky and got this cool chest while farming my dread legion/fallen dragon stuff". The loot pools in these dungeons are full of HAMSTER and always will be, bound or not getting this is hard because it's not in the chest.
Many things should be bind on Equip in this game because of all these stupid drop rates in game as 0.001% . If someone gets it by chance and doesn't want it ,at least can sell it in the auction to someone who really needs/want that item.
Players won't be angry to much anymore from the insanely low drop rates and won't quit the game so easily. Which game company likes to keep thousands of inactive accounts on their servers instead of having thousands of active accounts which means more money and fame ?
Also another problem would be solved, as everyone is talking about, some AD sink. Also cash players can get AD faster for their needs.
End of story.

I do agree with criss11. Some minor problems like these, if addressed, can mean good for both PWE and the players; instead of distracting people with an abundance of events, I did rather that they solve such game play issues.
Making it BOE would give people a reason to run this dungeon.....
Actually no, it would have the opposite effect.
If the armor was BOE, then the speed-runners and overgeared players would farm it to death, the price of the armor on the AH would be next to nothing, and everyone else would just buy their armor and never set foot in the dungeon. We know this because that is exactly what happened to the T2 sets pre-mod1 when they were BOE. Back then you could fully gear out in a T2 set without ever setting foot in a T2 dungeon for less than 50k AD.
So it would give the minority of overgeared hardcore farmers a reason to do the dungeon, but it would provide the opposite incentive to everyone else.

Thank you thir13. I have a very big experience with the games,i know basically how are made too ,assets, from the environments to 3d modelling, posing and animations (mocaps), ive seen many games since beta versions during the years how their economy (has been) changed , by the time of my avatar "July 2012" Neverwinter game wasn't released yet.
Mostly bad things in-game happens when someone from real staff is changed , and not only in games , everywhere, in any company , when that new (department) director comes with a "brilliant" idea to change things hoping for great profit, but sometimes those old things are better if are not changed because are wanted/liked/working for years .
In the movie Chef (2014) the creative chef wants to change the menu over the night in the restaurant to bring a whole new menu but the restaurant manager , Dustin Hoffman tells him not to do this because this type of food is wanted for 10 years and the business is going well. So our creative Chef quits his job and in the end the Chef starts to make fast food in a food-truck on the streets with... MOST POPULAR OLD RECIPES for fast-food despite to his dreams to cook brand new food or recipes.
Morale: Do not try to fix something that ain't broke. (in our case in-games economy)
So i say yes for BoE gear.

A much better poll would have been:
"Do you think the Dread Legion Armor(s) which drop from Valindra, in Valindras Tower dungeon, be made:
1. BoE
2. BtA
3. Remain BoP"
But I can predict that Option 1 would win.
