Active/ Non-Summonded Companion Bonuses

I have an Ioun Stone of Allure as my summoned companion. I also have 4 other active non-summoned companions.

I know my character will always receive the "active bonus" of the non-summoned companions. However, do my companions with Eldritch runestones still give a percentage of their stats to my character when they are active but not summoned?

No.. it only applies when it's actually summoned. it is stricly only the active bonus that give when it's not summoned.
