Looking for guild for end game content

I don't know if this is par for the course, but I picked up neverwinter a short while ago and quickly blew through leveling a DC and now I'm not sure what do with myself. I'm by no means new to rpgs and mmos, but I have no idea where to start when it comes to endgame content. So, I was hoping to find a guild that needs more bodies for PVE so I can find some direction, 'cause right now I barely do daily or pug dungeons and mostly just come on to do my professions and farm AD on alts.

I look after my kids alot of the time, so I play sporadically during the day and more during the evenings (UTC -5)
