I lost a lot of items

I've lost all mya enchantments and 3 bags of holding with items inside, i got it on friday but i connected today and my character was without any enchantment, can I recover them anyway?
it also did with my other characters. There were a lot of money inverted on them. I hope we can find a solution with this problem, please.

    Submit a support ticket as it sounds like someone other than you accessed your account. Do a virus scan. After you do a virus scan. Change your account password and also change your email password to be safe.

    Yeah, this is something that support is going to have to address. Forum personnel cannot assist with account or support matters, unfortunately.
