Can anyone post some ideas which SW artifact weapon is best on certain builds and why?

Golden Dragon's Arrogance. I've been leaning on Eldritch Blast more lately, the AE component has been useful on the third blast. The weapon also has recovery on it, and if you are really going for BiS then that will help cover the lack of it in higher sets after they fix the AD set.

If I were to make a proper response past the basic, I don't know if the artifact weapon is worth the loss of a 2 set bonus right now. It's top end is about 40 points higher, and that's if you get it to orange quality. The 2 enchant slots I dunno if that would make up the loss unless you were a wallet warrior or an exploiter you probably would see a loss using this instead of a gain.

I have been using dark spiral lately. Due to Dreadtheft's casting time, I am using more encounters than my At-wills. So the Dark Spiral artifact (Hubris of the Golden Dragon) probably works best for me so i can cast something in between encounters. In boss fights or pvp, it is probably not that good.

I heard good things about the new dragon's hoard enchantment. Maybe using the lesser version on my utilities will probably lighten the refining cost on these artifacts.

I'm starting to think about Arrogance, for any but fury. The damage increase will bring EB up to HoB levels and and the The one with HoB bonuses will likely be too hard to keep the stacks up. This means that for damage Arrogance will probably be best for any but fury because EB has a small AoE.

For Fury, the Hubris also might be good, it makes the second 'Necrotic' Damage dealing At-Will stronger, and makes it easier to use. A 3-Sphere cast actually easily crits for 8-10k.

Just gotten my golden dragon arrogance, might be useful for fury too as it has critical and recovery, just what i needed. Back to using eldritch blast i guess

Just got the hubris on first try which is great. Just so you guys know, save up your unicorn and drake seals, you can buy epic equipment with those to refine your artifact weapons. I shouldn't have bought that rat companion lol.

Before you do that yo might think about buying drake seal equip - salvage it and then buy blue lvl 60 equip.

Im very undecided about all the artifact weapons for SW. I dont use At will attacks apart from Hellish rebuke very often so a dark spiral buff may be good.

Sorry for my english before all.

I think the Dragon's pride it's a very good option, especially for PVP.
I compare the Fomorian Set vs DP and this are my conclusions:
    1. If you put the 2 rune slots with radiant rank 8 (185) you get the same power (-2 points). Rank 8 it's the least you should have. So it's equal but you have 30-36 more weapon damage (At Higher levels the weapon Damage is a very big issue)
    2. Hand of Blight it's for me one of the best at-wills. Do Necrotic Damage, have good dmg and goog AP generation. So if you have the Dragon's Pride Bonus you can debuff 8% dmg for a target. In hard mobs, bosses and PVP 8% it's a really good debuff. (I'm thinking 8% less of a dragon's tail attack, breath, CN hands, etc.) In PVP 8% less from any player i think it's good too.
    3. In Legendary give 1662 HP's, very good for PVP because SW are squeechi.
    4. The others Artifact Weapon's are good too, but for Hubris weapon probably 416 CS you probably got already the cap with the rest of your equipment. And for the Arrogance with recovery +416 is good but eldritch it's a very low damage at-will (and i never used anyway).

So, this are my conclusions... It's only my opinion and again sorry for my bad english.

I agree with this for all the reasons stated, speaking from a PvP standpoint... Doesn't mean I still won't use my Hubris of the Dragon since that's what I use for PvE as the Base Damage still makes it better than any Epic weapon. ;)

Hubris of the golden dragon. Best stats allocation for me plus I don't really use hand of blight as melee as I have better damage on range (HR booster pack companion xD Just haven't decided what 5th slot I want yet). I don't PvP but last time I tried in IWD 3 spirals did 15k crit against GWF with corrupted BI equipment.

The problem with Hubris is that I just don't see dark spiral as being very good. It is great when there are 3+ spheres up, but unless you are killing something, you aren't generating more spheres. Hellish rebuke being on and ticking constantly is better overall sustained dps. So if you like the stats on Hubris, great, but the at-will bonus I think is the weakest of the 3

You do get two 2 spirals when you have legendary hubris. Maybe not the best choice for those who doesn't have enough AD to refine artifact weapon but still it's necrotic damage which may crit-hit for 10k with 2 spheres.
