I need to know a few things about these to judge if its worth gearing towards them with the new draconc gear. Im a bit lost in their mechanics.
Do they have an internal coldown? how much?
the 25% to proc is influenced by futher proc coef? or if i aoe 4+ mobs it "should poc"
do they stack? like if i use 2 greater red ones ill get 1.2k damage per hit and 1.6k arp?
Which do u guys think is the best for pve?
i have my eyes in black and red.... shame whites extra bonus is on healing others.... or wouyld it count towards ls?
