Point of Artifact Banner for Repurchase

I don't get why you would want to buy another banner artifact once you've procured one through the token. It isn't BOE and it doesn't appear to be BOA so what's the point? You can't buy a different one once you get one with a token with just honor, can you? I just don't see what the point of getting a second one for?
