Refining!

Any one else have issues in refining I could not upgrade my artifacts...

The refining interface is broken at the moment , you need to completely log out and shut the game client down then log back in and it should work again until you do something in the game to bug it again.

They posted a work around. Just clear the item to refine then just put it back in.

Wasn't able to do the clear item and put it back in today. Will try the log out/shut down.

Something's weird then (or there was a hot fix) ... (or it only affects some/most, but not all enchainments/refining stones) - I just upgraded a Dark Enchantment from 5 to 7 this morning and everything works as it was supposed. However I was using greater power stones (Refining stone of power? I forget what the hell they're called, but the blue one I got from lockboxes) with green wards - and I was even surprised it went from 5 to 6 on the first try and from 6 to 7 on the second try.

So whether they sneak-fixed it, or it isn't the refining process per se, but perhaps specific elements, whether it's the enchantment or artifact itself to the 'power' stone or something. But yeah, I've run into this on a few characters over the last week. I just basically foot about it when I went to leveling up my enchants this morning and everything went amazingly smoother than usual even.
