abusive ban

Hi plenty of my friends are banned by our community manager (game master xeltey) and support dont want to speak with them that is impossible to understand.
they are all accused to boting and violating the the Terms of Service. but that is just bull****. They are clean but GM hate them and offended them.
Can you help us?

    Short Answer: No.

    Banned players must go through support to appeal their bans. Forums staff can not ban or unban players. Only GM's and customer service representatives can.

    Furthermore please note Xeltey is a Community Manager and not a GM. He does not have the authority to ban game accounts. He can only ban forum accounts. The bans were applied after being reviewed by Game Masters and Community Service Representitives and were not due to any reasoning of Xeltey.

    Additionally posting these threads is a violation of the Neverwinter Forum Rules of Conduct. Since account issues can not be resolved on the forums they may not be discussed on the forums. Please stop posting these threads on the forums and read the rules to avoid further violations.
