Stat distribution?

I was looking through various threads and guides and what stats are important seemed to vary some (like crit taking different levels of importants, and a lot saying power is less important than most stats.) Basically, I want to go a fire CW because I don't feel like trivializing the ENTIRE game by going a mass chill spec.

    For offense, I go power > Arp (to 24%) >crit > recovery.

    For defense: lifesteal to 10%, then HP, if you can afford the radiants, or defense until you can afford them.
