Hunt for the Siren of Gold & Hunt for the Raven Maiden

I recently posted 2 quests 
The first is called "Hunt for the Siren of Gold" - NW-DA69BMBPF
A friend, Max, has seemingly contracted an odd sickness that has turned him blue. You are the only hope for saving him and his florist business. The only cure? The song of the long elusive Siren of Gold.
There are several encounters ranging from easy to hard as well as a few funny bits. This story includes everything from Sirens, wolves, goblins, bears, wights, curses, and lions. I find the quest usually runs about 18 minutes.
The second is called "Hunt for the Raven Maiden" - NW-DDKP5DQBQ
Alrica has a letter for you from none other than that scoundrel, Max! It looks like he's in trouble again. Crash the well-to-do costume party of the Loch Sisters to find the cause of all his woes and once again save his floral business.
This quest has a lot of dialog and works best if you know the ending of "Hunt for the Siren of Gold". It also has funny bits as well as standard to hard encounters. This quest could run anywhere from 20-35 minutes.
