1. Rain of Arrows encounter skill does not work if an enemy wasn't attacked before casting it, and will begin to proc dmg only after an enemy has been attacked/lured.
2. Thorn Ward encounter skill does not work sometimes at max range, even if an animation has been completed, the ward does not show up and it requires to be cast again.
3. Forest Ghost appears to have problems with hiding out character for some reason. It "eats" action points and triggers on cooldown sometimes when disturbed. Additionally it looks like it's too easy to disturb it sometimes - even slight knockback or dmg can make us cast it for eternity.
4. Boar Charge has problems with completing the road to the target and interupts itself if target moves at the begining of it's cast. Also it has problems to complete if the enemy enters stealth during it's cast.
5. Fox's cunning does not turn on even if the animation has been completed (for eg. we get knockbacked or just use dodge after we see "the green fox"). For eg. boar hide works in those situations.
6. Grasping Roots mechanic does not work as long as intended on players. It works way shorter (it's a huge neglect because HRs don't have alot of CCs).
7. Split strike At-will has problems with animations and procing dmg at max range.
8. Ranged Stance/ Melee Stance Class Mechanics switch back even if the animation has been completed, but we get CCed right after we press TAB.
That's all I've found during my HR life. I hope that you will fix those bugs because they create certain disadvantage of playing HR. Sorry for any typing defect. I tried to make those bugs as clear as possible.
