weapon artifact chest question

so if you get to have your first artifact weapon, and its not the one you wanted,is it possible to redo the campaign "quest" for a second/third/etc chance?

    Yes. Of course there is a (small) chance that you might do it many, many times and not get the one you want - and with Dragon Gem drop rates being a bit low and considerable HE farming being required, well...it could take quite a while.
    Hoping for improvements...

    does anyone know if the RP that you spend on one artifact weapon will refine into another like the regular artifacts? Like if you get one you dont want and refine it to use until you get the one you do then dump that one into the new on so you dont waste RP? I cant seem to find any info on this
