Like the title says, these 4 powers (And probably a lot more that I don't remember) are undodgeable.
Undodgeable powers, no matter how much their damage is, is a big no for PVP.
Might want to fix that devs.

Personally I dont find it a big problem in regards of abilities (for the dailies I agree with you, because they make insane damage, especially WoB). For example if you have ranged abilities you can still cast them in the icy rays root. Many gwfs and gfs simply use threatening rush to break out of it (which I consider a bug). You can also add crescendo and flourish to that list if you want. You can dodge their damage, but you still get the full CC effect. CWs and TRs are not the only classes with undogeable ablities. Either everything gets 'fixed' or nothing IMO.
Suggestions to improve NW:
- Dualspec
- Better rewarding foundry and foundry pvp maps
- Custom PvP leagues with leaderboards instead of the current 'matchmaking'.
- Armory
- make jumping cost stamina (to reduce hopping in pvp)

Yeah I forgot about Flourish, it messed with my Stealth Bar even when I dodge it. I take no damage but it depletes my stealth meter even when it says "Dodged"
Crescendo is dodgeable as long as you dodge the two phases.
SE is dodgeable when used from range. Last time I tested it it can also be interrupted by the first phase of VP. It's a small window at the beginning of the animation, but it's there. I don't know if it was ninja changed or not in the meantime. Tried it a few times in mod3 OPvP and it worked.
COI and IR can be dodged if you dodge out of range, just like any normal skill. I never tested WoB.
No, all powers are not dodgeable. There is a clear difference between going out of range and dodging. Using SE without getting the effect doesnt even remove the AP pool as far as I remember.
I use Icy Rays and COI mostly against the always-dodging HRs. They are strong enough. Without these possibilities it is nearly impossible to apply any CC on HRs.

Again: I share the OP in his opinion about dailys but it is basically a L2P issue to counter Icy Rays root:
As GF you have block and TR. As GWF you have unstoppable and TR. As HR you have dodge(the ability to prevent damage) and disruptive shot. As TR you can use shadow strike if the CW is nearby or impossible to catch (i am not sure if deft strike and bait and switch works, never tried it). As DC you can still cast all your heals and a well-timed exaltation againts following encounters if you are AC. As CW you still can cast all your spells, including CC's against the other wizard.

You cant. You can only go out of range (and this is only by anticipating what the TR is planning to do when you see him going in the center group of his opponents - but since you usually dont see him beforehand, WoB is one of the lamest dailies in the entire game). I was several times hit during my dodge window by this.

you can't anticipate it but if you happen to dodge at the right moment it comes out successful. you might not like the daily and i respect it but no reason to lie about it

I am playing PvP for a very long time and I tell you there is no possibility to dodge this daily. Apparently you confuse going out of range and dodge.
