I noticed Healing Word doesn't always work on Scourge Warlocks.
The animation "flies" on the warlock but it doesn't heal neither does the HW buff icon appear on them.
However this isn't always the case. Do SW have some kind of mode that doesn't allow outside heals? or what am i missing?
