can doohickey hit a hr

i was just trying to hit one hr on a cap and i miss every time he was not even dodging it he
never saw it coming
its not the first time this happens infact i dont remeber hitting any hr with it

    Wierd, I've hit one in OWpvp for certain, 'cos it killed him. Pvp dom is too frenetic for me to have noticed, but I've hit everyone on a node, though what classes in particular I don't know.
    No idea what my toon is now.
