Does Lifedrinker work in synergy with dots?

Okay, so I have one fury warlock and I do pvp mostly and I'm thinking of switching from lesser plaguefire to lesser Lifedrinker. Is this a good idea? Does Lifedrinker work in synergy with creeping death and hellish rebuke? My encounters are dread theft/harrow storm, killing flames and warlocks bargain.

If it does then I'm defiantly switching, if not then I'll think about it, thank you.

I know creeping death only originates from warlock powers but with a life drinker, for every dot I have on then would it steal life from them for every dot or will it do it in chunks?

DoTs like Warlock's Bargain never proc weapon enchantments more than once. There may be a rare exception, but I haven't come across it yet.

Continuous abilities, like Blades of Vanquished Armies, Supremacy of Steel, and Dreadtheft will proc on every hit.
