SW feat, Murderous Flames, not working correctly

As you can see, I possess said feat, yet the damage is way out of line from what the tooltip states. After consulting another user of this feat, we found that MF is wildly inconsistent.

    ++ this. Just encounter it on my fresh 60 SW during T2 grind yesterday.

    Here's the problem I think everyone is seeing. Killing Flames damage is not linear in the slightest. The damage scales based on how much life the current target has left. So the problem then is the damage being taken from before or after this bonus scaling, which the picture above leads me to believe it's happening before.

    Oh, we get it. It's just that 87 damage is way less than 30% of anything that Killing Flames could do, even on a target at full health.
