Okay, so Armor of Bahamut states that "While stamina is below 30% of max" you take 10%(5/5 feats) less damage.
This wording confuses me a little. To me this could mean 1 of 2 things. It could mean "while stamina is below 30%" so basically when your stamina is at 30%. But it then says "below 30% of max" so does it mean when your stamina is 70%? Is it just worded terribly?
I'm leaning towards PvP and have about 10 points left after the Conqueror capstone. 10% damage resistance sounds pretty juicy considering you'll almost always have below at least 50% stamina. Is this feat worthwhile or is it better spent somewhere else for survivability?
Also, is GF PvP still completely reliant on prone effects and stacking prone duration from feats?(pin down, reinforced Surge) I have a hard time justifying 5 feat points for .5 seconds of prone for 1 ability(Reinforced Surge)
Okay, so I went on a bit of a tangent, but if you could answer any of these concerns I'd appreciate it greatly.
The skill actually isn't that great if your going full protection spec. Farther in the tree you get a feat that reduces stamina loss while blocking so it contradicts this first feat.
And if your use Iron Warrior which regenerates your stamina you almost never dip below 50% stamina let alone 30%.
If your not going to use Iron Warrior, like say your pvping then your stamina will drain pretty quick and it might be worth it.

Yeah, you almost never have your stamina lower than 30%... I guess next time I respec I won't put points in there...
