Spambots have gotten around Zone Chat restrictions?

I have no doubt everyone has noticed the spambots are back already (if they ever even went away). I did an inspect on 3 of them - spamming in Zone chat - and saw they were level 0 (!?). I did click on Report Spam (thank you Cryptic for fixing the right-click option), but I'd like to send the screenshots in as well so that Cryptic can see that their Zone restriction has been completely bypassed somehow. Could someone give me the email to send it to? Thanks.

    I didn't even know it was possible to get into Protectors enclave at level 0? O_o

    You need to use ARC to get in touch with support.
