Artifact Belt, someone could please answer my question?

well i was just wondering if the dragon arti belt drops are boe's or bop's . Also are the lost lair / skirmish belt drops gonna be bop's or boe's

    Dragon drops are BoE.
    On preview, the drops from the skirmish and dungeon were also BoE.
    The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

    Did they drop from bosses in the skirmish/dungeon, the final chest or the "special" chest that needs the new keys?

    Also, I know the sample size is small, but do you have any estimate on the artifact drop rate in the skirmish/dungeon?
    Hoping for improvements...

    Belts drop from boss in skirmish. Its given directly to the winner of it without a roll when the boss dies. It just pops up in your inventory. No need to open the chests for the belt. Although the chests might have a belt (never heard of a report of them being in the chest).

    The belt from the skirmish is lvl 1 and BoE.

    I believe the chances of acquiring them is below 1%
    run too many times and no gains at all, thank god i slotted dragon hoard and get some blue refines for the trouble XD
