Friend cant upgrade artifact

Artifact is at level 59, and my friend got all refinement stones needed. When hovering over "upgrade" it says that required reagents are missing.

Tried to unequip it and upgrade from backpack, tried to move all stones to bank/mail and move them back. It didnt work though, and now my friend is stuck with not being able to upgrade the artifact

I'm having the same problem, though it's a lvl 29 artifact. I tried logging in/out, and moving things around also, no luck. ANd I do have all the required reagents.

Relogging is a temporary workaround.

Aside from I said relogging didn't work.

ETA: I tried relogging yet again, and this time it DID work. Good to know.
