Just a few requests or advices i guess..... Gms / dev pls read

I Will type in points .
1. could you lower the timers on beholder and epic heroics in black ice and fix the issue with mini map / map change instance so people can travel faster and make bi more enjoyable and not an obsolete zone . reason being alot of people well majority of people have moved on to mod 4 content and not alot of people doing mod 3 anymore . so would be a good idea to make it fun for them who are enjoying bi still .
2. Fix the memory loss issue or what ever is causing amd user and other player in nw are very annoyed . well i found a problem when video memory traced drops the lag happens or packet loss in cases . also sick of logging out and logging back into game after an hour or so to fix the problem . would be a mem leak on your side also . any advices would be nice .
3.please give timers on epic encounters in bi also would be a great addition and fun then instance hopping all day long.
4. Thanks for the mod 4 its alot of fun and enjoying it atm .
if anyone have any ideas and requests please share so they can hear our voice . maybe maybe this time they will hear a little of it .
