what armor/weapon set should i be shooting for?

hey guys,just wondering if I can get some suggestions on what armor set and bow I should be shooting for and if its better to use 2 of this set and 2 of that. im kinda confused what is t2 stuff and t3 stuff

im a stormwarden archer build just looking for pve as I don't pvp to much atm
