I've been using healer and illusionist while leveling up.

What's the best to use at 60? Ioun stones?

    Do you mean active bonuses or just soloing?

    Active bonuses for my warlock:
    1) Ioun stone of allure (slows my enemies with encounters)
    2) Intellect devourer (+4% combat advantage, a nice boost with 31 CHA :P)
    3) Archon ( + 5% damage to targets with less than 30% HP. Tiefling, 150% crit severity + killing flames + archon = abyss-like crits O_o)
    4) Dancing blade ( + 5% crit severity)
    5) Erynies (+10 crit severity, bis)

    I got 45.6% crit chance atm.
