Tech is down ... I hope someone can help with packet loss issue

HELLO . well i am having a major problem . my latency is fine , the ping is fine . when i log into game and play . but after i change a few zones or instances i start to have major packet loss wierd thing is after i change instance 1 or 2 more time the packet loss is back to normal . well changed the modem , got new wiring and defraged the disk again , force verified everything i could do from my end i did . but the problem doesnt seem to go .. someone please help me . how can i fix this issue

    Same here server issues still effecting me. As soon I start up Arc or the NW launcher my net traffic drops to 0? I started playing again in September and I have only managed around 10 days in total since then of actual gameplay due to packet loss to the server!?

    Please refer to the lag and rubberbanding sticky at the top of this forum for assistance. Also, refrain from spamming multiple threads with the same post.
