BOE / BOA items from vendor becoming BOP when purchased

I have conducted an unscientific bit of research
so far, some dragons stuff,
Pvp battle gear
Seal of triumph traded for glory tokens
and perhaps others are becoming soul bound on purchase instead of boe or boa.
It is either spreading, or some common fault that is causing this with the vendors.
Anyone else have similar should maybe report it also.
I have a full set of battle gear that bound to my MOF that I used glory to purchase so I could pass it to my spell storm
