"Striking Cursed foes has a chance to grant 5% of the Warlock's max HP as Temp HP to allies near the Warlock".
This is the feat description. What I'd like to know:
1.) Is there any ICD for this?
2.) What's (grossly) the chance to activate it?
3.) Is it really only for your allies, or does the SW himself also get the Temp HP?
Thanks

2) I haven't tested it clinically for a proc chance but it has a decent up time for me as long as I remember to keep my targets cursed.
3) The SW also gets the temp HP which is a nice boost to our survivability

I honestly agree that it's an amazing skill. I really don't know the exact math on everything but maybe this shot from my ACT will help out. This is over a 4 hour period of time. I was mostly doing dragon farming but there was one epic dungeon in the mix also. Unless I'm reading it wrong that skill took up 46% of the healing done. I would say that's an AMAZING amount for a skill.
1) 0 ICD, can repeat trigger in every second in special circumstances. (In and out of combat)
2) 100%, always activate in the first hit of battle.
3) Apply to a small aoe area like Sunburst.
4) Any damage will activate it, not sure weapon damage from GPF/Bile will trigger it or not.
That's too bad, but I guess otherwise (without an ICD) it would be TOO powerful then. Like 100% Temp HP with Dreadtheft, and Creeping Death DoTs (-> many hits = many chances to activate it), lol
Creeping Death doesn't proc weapon enchantments, so I'm not sure if it counts for Compounded Soul.
