Game crashes in dungeons.

My game will start fine and work perfectly but as soon as I'm in a instance or dungeon a windows error comes up. I've tried so many solutions and I know it's not my computer. I even re installed it 3 times. I can play most games on very high or high. It isn't that old and this is the only game that crashes on me. I really need help I played it fine with dungeons before TOD. I was hoping it was fixed today but sadly still it crashes in dungeons. I'm stuck on my characters with this bug and I want to play this new patch so bad but I cant. Please someone help me.
