COULD SOMEONE help me with my net issues cant get into tech forums

well when i reset my router my net con ping and everything related to game experience is perfect . but when i switch instances 1 or 2 times the packet loss starts to happen and very bad lag comes into play . please help thank u

    the tech forums link is not working right now but PWE is aware and working on that.
