Hunter Ranger levelling glitch

I'm no hunter ranger myself so I have no idea if anyone else is getting this problem, but I'm asking for my brother who for some bloody reason shows ridiculous resistance towards even looking at the forums for help, while I tend to be a regular forum lurker.

Basically he's like level 38 or so and whenever he gains a level and tries to add up to his feats and powers, it never seems to save, the feats just reset and the points go back to point collection thingamajig.

He however has a low level cleric who seems to level just fine.

So does anyone know if this is a common issue, or if he's just messing something up, which honestly, wouldn't be all that surprising.

I have the same problem with my level 60 HR. After the patch, the feats had been reset, but there was still 5 points in a tier two paragon power, and I can't spend any of my other featpoints. It just won't save them.

So basicly I'm sitting with an unplayable level 60 HR.

I wrote a GM ticket ingame and got an answer back that they couldn't do anything about it, since it was a game bug and probably neede to be fixed by a patch. I hope the devs are working on it.

O! For admins:

I have used all my Paragon points and saved all changes, but when i tried to exit after that - all changes were reset.
It may be, because points of Warden's Courage and Ghost walker are not reset and new changes at Feats don't save.
Can you, pls, reset this points or all changes at "Feats"?
And can't save new point in Powers now.

I used "Respec feats only" at russian server (same problem) - all is Ok, but i payed AB for it and i don't have so many AB on Europe server.
