Boon Questions for Rousing Warmth and Endless Consumption?

I'm curious as to how these 2 feats behave after the latest patch.

How is the proc rate for both of them now?
And does Rousing Warmth still affect Life Steal?

    EC working well as usual, I've got rousing warmth on my HR, it procs often enough for me to notice, but what it exactly procs off, I'm not sure lol, 500 damage isn't all that crucial anyway, but it's better than the other choices as far as I could tell.
    No idea what my toon is now.
