Pact Blade of Protection way OP in 10-19pvp

two guys using this weapon (no idea how to attach a screenshot)

stats are

417-509 weapon damage
when equipped it gives 1221 power and 440 deflection (thats insane)
has an offensive slot, and has no level requirement

they are near the top of the leaderboard in the 10-19 bracket

i have reported them, and when i asked them about the weapon they kept saying no english and immediately logged out... one was in the mad dragon guild (name corruptor) (other one is matador something or other) both are warlocks

    I think it's a blade from Warlock booster pack.

    Cause i cant find any on AH.

    no that one is blue, this one is green, and even if it were in a pack, it should scale while you level not be full lvl 60 item at level 10.. plus its damage is better than anything in the game, at least better than my formarian, and i havent seen anything with that high of stats for equipping an item either. they are 300-7 on kills to death in the 10-19 bracket

    hm that's totally odd.....

    there are no such blades on AH as i told you before....but where do they get them then?

    if it is 10-19 so the weapon should be granted at a low level. this way it's a point to create warlock or a new one if you already have one and try to find that kinda weapon. i can also suggest that this weapon is at a pvp vendor.

    Sounds like a bugged item that has the wrong ml.

    And it's not forbidden to use any weapon on this game so.. it's kinda useless to report anyone, also the weapon says it's has no lv requirement so it can be used at any lv,even if it's a lil strong for lv 10~19.
