HR Piercing Blade Vs. Thorned Roots

Ok so a T3 Melee Feat does more damage and applies to all powers when comparing to T5 Thorned Roots that does LESS damage on its applied powers (tested both with FD bow and blades). Trapper needs a serious boost for it to be as much as viable aas melee/archery. please think of something that will work with the cap stone like a 30% to all encounters power or maybe just HIGH armor P, as it is Melee has all the life steal Archery has all the crit/recovery Trapper get none

Thorned Roots is T4, not T5.
The Trapper has a Damage Boost that is way higher than what Combat gets, by pure percentage.
The Trapper is, if you actually checked the Feats, also built around stacking Aspect of the Serpent and switching Stances.
The Trapper also has a bonus to control durations, which neither Archer or Combat (at least not without giving up their T5 Feat AND their T4 Feats).
The Trapper also gets, when using a Skill choice that is synergizing with their T5, a Bonus to Control Strength, which means that they counter (in PvP, at least) Halfling/Sunelf/Moonelf + 20% Tenacity Control Resist, fully.
Deal with it, Archery is supposed to be Top DPS, Combat is supposed to be Top Survival, Trapper is supposed to be Control.
An Archer that wants the rooting from his Binding/Constricting Arrow to be useful needs to ditch at least 5 Feat Points.
Plus if you actually bothered to READ the Feats, you would have noticed Piercing Blade only applying to Melee Attacks.
You are spewing the same unreasonable drivel that the 'Put Medicine into T2 Trapper and it is balanced' Crowd was spewing.
