Dragon Scale Merchant

Purchased the pseudodragon form the merchant, but it immediately bound to my character. Description says it is bind on equip, but as soon as I bought it-it showed bound to character. Like if it were Bind on Pickup. Its still in my inventory, not even in my companion inventory.

I already have one on this character and was purchasing it for an alt of mine.
