Plaguefire is pretty much always better than Terror. The only exceptions are if there is another person with Plaguefire in the party, or you have difficulty keeping at least 2 stacks on enemies.

It used to be that terror was better for SW's but they changed the fury capstone to only proc on necrotic damage done by SW feats.

Personally I go with Terror, since everyone out there seems to have Plague Fire :P

    Way to be a non-comformist!!

"pfft plague? Thats soooo mainstream, I"m going to run an inferrior enchant to show people how much of an independant thinker I am!"

Actually since two Plague Fires apparently don't stack together, a terror is nice to have because it also lowers defense and will not conflict with Plague Fire. If it's a situation of less damage and leaving it in, removing it every time someone else has one, or running a slightly less beneficial, but still beneficial, enchant which actually helps the party more than the first enchant would have, I think people who want something functional rather than trying to look "cool" or whatnot, would rather go for the terror.

they do stack if difrent lvl so if u have normal pf and other team member g pf both of debuffs works that is what i do on my buffer gf if ppl got g pf my debuff from noraml pf still works ;)

^ this of course... it's about being able to stack debuffs with the majority of people (AKA teamplay), not about being a hipster -.-

I'll most likely be rocking Terror on my SW for a few reasons:

    1) less chance of another party member having it
    2) the hope that someday the Devs will revert the Creeping Death change
    3) I think it looks better

No , it doesn't stack , only the superior one will count (defence reduction speaking)
