Crash to desktop when doing Ghost Stories

Hi,
Noticed when doing Ghost Stories with my 60 HR that it crashes out quite often when i get to the golem on the hill. Just as I fire at it the game will freeze and then CTD.
Have also had crashes in a different (but consistent) position with my 42 CW too.
