Broken Twisting Immolation feat

Yesterday i did a feat respec so i can add "Twisting Immolation" as my feat in my oppressor paragon tree. Today i used 10 times the "Furious Immolation" daily and never saw do any daze. I check it in sharadar mobs and also i entered a CN queue to check it there, but also nothing. Does anyone else have the same problem? Please cryptic fix me pls. Have all a nice day :)
