Random cloak on my amulet

I equipped a new amulet yesterday (Grand Exorcists Necklace of Blessings) and it has the appearance of a cloak. The amulet is not transmuted to a cloak. Is this some new thing like how some items come pre-dyed now?

    Some necklaces appear as cloaks, that piece has always appeared as a cloak.

    Thanks for your reply. I've never used that amulet before so I didn't know that. I'll probably disable visuals as I don't like how the cloak drags on the ground on halflings.

    Same problem with skirts, my main toon can't wear cloaks and skirts because Cryptic refuses to scale them for halflings.

    Even on taller characters, certain parts of the anatomy tend to clip through cloaks while the character is standing. Feet clip through while running. Still better than early on in the game when the cloaks would clip through the character's torso and get hung, creating an apron in the front...
