Increase refining points given by rare/epic weapons and belts

It is too hard to refine artifact belts and weapons especially when you cannot stack 99x of rare lvl 60 mainhands and belts in your inventory. It is very time-consuming and frustrating.
The double RP event is a good touch, but I think the refining points should be increased by ten-fold. It gives people incentive to go farm dungeons, go do quests while waiting for the next module instead of just PVPing or quitting the game while waiting for the new content.
