Arcana Skill and Warlocks

Having played several foundry quests, which I had played before on my wizard, I noticed that quests are not recognizing me as having the Arcana skill on my warlock. It is as if it just doesn't appear, though it shows it on my character tab. This makes doing many portions of foundry quests impossible. I have not had the opportunity to see if the normal live game is also ignoring this skill.
