So I got the SW booster pack. Yesterday I had no problems switching the two Greycloak Insignia enchantments that came with the weapons to new gear. Today, when I tried to remove the second one from a piece of gear, I got a message "Inventory full, you can only have one of a unique item". Is this WAI? Am I really stuck with an enchantment that cannot be upgraded or switched around? I don't really want to simply discard it; I'm a bit of a collector and considering the cost of the pack, I'd rather keep it than just toss it.
Just discard it. You can get a new one from the Reward Claims Agent whenever you want. You can only have one in your inventory at any time, though ones socketed into your gear don't count towards that.
I used to retrieve them from the claims agent one at a time and socket all my low level stuff with them, back when it cost AD to unsocket stuff - because I could just sell it or discard it without losing the enchant or the AD. It's not as big a deal anymore.

And yet, the pack contains 2 of them, leaving the impression that they are no different from a Radiant or Dark enchantment in that regard. Also, the Insignia itself is not reclaimable, I would have to claim the entire pack again... which would then leave me with THREE of them (assuming the bound one is discarded). It's only a +10 bonus to 3 stats (Power, Crit, Recovery), so after a while it really isn't all that useful, but I was hoping to slot both of them in the gemmed shirt/pants I have ready to use when my Warlock hits 60. Oh well... guess I'll store the off-hand the other one is in just in case this is bugged and gets fixed.
I know you have to claim the whole pack to get them out of a weapon, but the point is, you CAN still get them again after discarding them. Store them if you really want, but you still basically have infinity Greycloak Insignias at your disposal. There's no reason at all to keep them around if you need the space at some point.
Also, there's WAY better stuff to put in your gemmed shirt/pants when you hit 60. You'll be tripping over piles of rank 4 enchants by then. Greycloak's insignia isn't worth holding onto past level 20 these days.
