Assist the harpers campaign quest not giving credit

I have had this bug for two days now.It sometimes says completed 0/3 and sometimes has a timer.When I hit start it does not respond.I have tried force verifying files and relogging with no avail.I can turn in the quest fine after completing just cannot start or get credit for the campaign achievement.Please assist.Ty.

    I have this same problem. I have to completely exit the game for it to refresh and show 2/3 for instance. Please fix this

    Same here...didint show my progress...didnt count either?

    Same also. No Cult Secret scrolls showing after doing the quest for 2 days, cant start Assist the harpers for Rep...

    The issue is you have to completely log out and relog in for everything to register, if you have multi toons it doesn't reset for SOME ODD REASON, maybe Devs can fix this ****. With 6 toons, logging off complete takes to much time.
