Hidden blog code winners - Where/when are they announced?

See subject, more or less. I see the winners from 07-03-14 and 07-11-14 posted on the news page from back on 07-25-14, but nothing since. Fairly new here, so not sure if it's a monthly announcement or more/less frequent. Am I missing something, or should I just be patient and keep watching the main page? Thanks!
