Problems with Choppyness

The game runs fine, but every couple of secs it will "skip." Like it will stop for a split second and then continue on. Any ideas if im the only one with this problem? if not how can i fix it?

    I have the same issue as well, and it only just started w/ module 4's release. It happens even when the game is running in safe mode, and it doesn't matter if I'm running in DX9 mode or DX11.


    PC Specs:
    AMD FX-6300 6-core CPU
    16GB RAM
    Nvidia GTX 460
