Why is my game still crashing?

Ok before the patch I logged in no problem. After the patch my game keeps crashing at the Neverwinter screen. I send report, reverify, try again, and poof same thing. I have uninstalled, re downloaded and installed, but still crash. I'm happy to hear you fixed the issues with the Dragon and caster packs. I'm looking forward to using mine as well as the 5k in zen I bought. Any ETA on when you will get around to fixing this so I can? My count shows 4 other threads listing this problem but 0 dev action. I'm so glad I spent money on this game. Who do I see about a refund?

    I was having the same issue. I restarted my computer then it seemed to work fine. Now i cannot accept the invocation quest i needed to do " it says i have to be lvl 11 and im lv 40" and i am having other various glitches like not being able to accept quest and stores say i dont have enough money when i clearly do.
