Head equipment has no visual on dragonborn

So, I bought both the Dragonborn and Warlock packs, and was pretty disappointed when I equipped my Hood of Fate and the visual didn't show up. Then I tested another head item, and that didn't show up either. The fashion items from the Dragonborn pack work fine though.
