This task is currently listed as a Rank 4 task - the maximum rank is 3 for this Profession.
needs to be looked at.

    Sent this in as a bug report. Really stilly if maxed at 3.

    Those tasks got caught in the great change that moved all of the blue=>purple tools tasks to rank 4. They'll be back at rank 3 soon.
